Teri was fantastic at guiding me through the crazy market! She quickly picked up on the type of houses I liked, helped narrow down neighborhoods, and advised on good offers. We have had many interactions with real state agents and are fairly experienced on the process. When we arrived to Charleston, 10 years ago, Teri found us the perfect house for our needs. She has impeccable work ethics, is always available, and so pleasant and easy to deal with. She had an unbelievable patience to answer all our questions and answered our texts within the hour. If for any reason, she was not going to be available, she would let us know. We bought our next perfect house about a month ago, again, with Teri’s help. She will give you great advice if you ask for it, we never felt rushed into a decision, she always had our best interest in mind, no doubt about it.
