BEST REAL STATE AGENT WE HAVE HAD BY FAR!!! My husband and I, have bought three houses (and sold two) on the course of the last 20 years. We have had many interactions with real state agents and are fairly experienced on the process. When we arrived to Charleston, 10 years ago, Teri found us the perfect house for our needs. She has impeccable work ethics, is always available, and so pleasant and easy to deal with. She had an unbelievable patience to answer all our questions and answered our texts within the hour. If for any reason, she was not going to be available, she would let us know. We bought our next perfect house about a month ago, again, with Teri’s help. She will give you great advice if you ask for it, we never felt rushed into a decision, she always had our best interest in mind, no doubt about it.
