I was an out of town client and Teri did the footwork in Charleston to help with the sale of the house. Many trips to the house for any reason made by Teri during the long period the house was for sale was a huge help to me to get things done remotely.

We originally tried to sell our house a number of years ago, but the market was not good for our price range. Teri worked super hard to find us a buyer at that time, but it was not in the cards. Teri kept us in mind and followed up with us a few months ago to let us know that the market for our price range was much better. Teri was right, and she was able to find us two potential buyer couples, one of which worked out at a great price for us. Teri did a wonderful job of facilitating the showings, as well as all the little details that go along with handing off a house to someone else, like pre and post closing occupancy. She calmly helped us through an issue with the buyer couple’s financing, a disagreement over potential credits, etc. She kept the sale on track through all of that. Teri even brought us boxes for moving. Teri was fantastic through the whole process. Highly recommend.
