I was an out of town client and Teri did the footwork in Charleston to help with the sale of the house. Many trips to the house for any reason made by Teri during the long period the house was for sale was a huge help to me to get things done remotely.

She calmly helped us through an issue with the buyer couple’s financing, a disagreement over potential credits, etc. She kept the sale on track through all of that. Teri even brought us boxes for moving. Teri was fantastic through the whole process. Highly recommend.
