About

Teri Rugeley

I grew up in Maryland in a family of realtors.  My father started his own brokerage company before I was born, and my mom, siblings, and I have followed. Our dinner time conversations often revolved around real restate, so naturally, it became second nature to me.

I ventured away from home, but continued in the real estate business.  After years of general sales, I obtained my broker license.  I have the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) & SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.  I have also developed 15 acres to establish the Staffordshire subdivision in Charleston which contains 20 upscale homes. Recently, I have added commercial sales to my portfolio, and I am currently obtaining my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

I have now had my license for 39 years, and I have lived in West Virginia for 37 years.  My focus is in the Kanawha, Putnam, and Greenbrier counties, although I have had sales in various parts of the state.  I also have a large network of colleagues throughout WV and the US.  I can refer you to a qualified realtor if you are looking to purchase in a different location.  Let my experience work for you to make your real estate goals come true.
